Stig has a PhD in physics from the University of Oslo combined with an MBA from the Norwegian School of Management (BI). His early career years were within research and industry. For the past two decades Stig has worked within the finance sector, having established several successful business ventures.

Carolin joined Fremr in January 2022 as Investment Manager. She holds a Master’s degree in Financial Mathematics from Edinburgh University and Heriot-Watt-University. She has 12 years of experience as an analyst in the Norwegian finance sector, in NBIM (Norges Bank Investment Management) amongst others. Carolin combines quantitative skills with natural curiosity and strong interest in the sustainable investment space.

Monica joined Fremr in 2021 as Office Manager where she is responsible for the deployment and day-to-day administration of important operative functions of the business. She has more than 15 years' experience in growing and managing international operations across a wide range of sectors including management consulting, creative arts and government administration. Monica holds a BA in Arts Management from The University of Leeds and MSc in Conservation of the Historic Environment from The University of Reading.
